• Understanding of networked AV systems, cabling, and power distribution preferred.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling AV equipment setup and dismantling.
• Diploma / ITI / Certification in AV Technology, Electronics, or related field preferred.

Coordinate with event and operations teams to ensure timely setup and flawless execution of AV requirements. Maintain and update inventory of AV equipment, cables, and accessories. Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment functionality and longevity. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to audio, video, and lighting systems. Ensure all AV operations adhere to safety, quality, and performance standards.
