RTC-1 Employment Services is hiring a Receptionist for a showroom in Dubai. The role involves greeting customers, directing them to sales staff, and handling basic admin tasks.

Salary is up to AED 4,500 based on experience, with potential assignment across multiple showrooms in the UAE. We seek at least 2 years of UAE customer-facing experience, good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email), and a flexible approach to be reassigned as needed across UAE showrooms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in a customer-facing role.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate Sales Executive or department.
• Answer calls and respond to basic customer inquiries; assist with showroom appointments and coordination.
• Keep the reception area professional and organized while supporting the showroom team with basic admin duties.
• Provide consistent front-desk support.
