Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi invites applications for a Customer Service role in the showroom. You will greet customers, guide them to sales staff, and ensure seamless handoffs when consultants are unavailable.

The role requires 1–3 years in a similar environment, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus. The position is based on-site in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in hospitality, business, or related field is advantageous.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English; Arabic would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and showroom management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers confidently and in a professional manner.
• Guide customers through the showroom and introduce them to the Sales Consultant; arrange refreshments.
• Assist customers until a Sales Consultant becomes available.
• Contact customers two days after their visit to ensure high service levels.
• Capture walk-in customer details as leads and submit to the line manager daily.
• Create leads in Salesforce and transfer them to the relevant Sales Consultant.
• Ensure leads are converted and reported to the manager.
• Create leads from telephone enquiries and forward them to the Sales Team.
• Ensure incoming calls are answered within three rings and transferred to the right person within 45 seconds.
• Maintain showroom tracker and reports (SSI, telephone enquiries, delivery follow-up) as required.
• Remain alert to unusual activities in showroom and report them.
• Support the Delivery In Charge in stock checks and arranging showroom display vehicles.
• Collect customer feedback and forward it to the Branch Manager daily.
• Assist sourcing and coordinating maintenance and support suppliers.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report stock levels to the line manager.
