Job summary

Robinson & Co (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced UAE National to supervise customer service operations in a busy automotive workshop in Dubai. The role focuses on supervising mechanics, ensuring repairs meet quality standards, and maintaining safe, efficient workflow.

Key responsibilities include executing tasks per procedures, coordinating parts and labor approvals, and driving overall productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a reputed automotive workshop.
• Expertise in spray painting, color mixing, and general vehicle repair.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned jobs according to established work procedures, specifications, and time standards.
• Repair damaged vehicles based on repair standards as per the vehicle Repair Manual.
• Request supplementary parts and labor approval if needed.
• Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superiors.
• Provide quality workmanship to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and minimize repeat jobs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements to prevent harm to the environment.
• Plan and schedule tasks when assigned with multiple jobs to ensure timely completion.
