Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of workshop experience in a franchised automotive dealership.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience managing technician productivity and First Time Right (FTR) in high-volume workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations ensuring repairs meet OEM standards.
• Drive workshop KPIs including efficiency and technician performance.
• Conduct final quality inspections on completed repairs.
