CARIVA is seeking a Sales Administrator to run the back office from signed deal to vehicle handover, acting as the bridge between sales and operations to ensure timely deliveries and clean paperwork. You will manage insurance, registration, Hayaza, POs, and deal documentation, coordinating with finance and logistics teams.

The role requires UAE automotive sector experience, proficiency in Excel and CRM, and familiarity with RTA processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's/Diploma degree required.
• 1–4 years in sales administration, sales coordination or back-office operations, ideally in the UAE automotive sector.
• Working knowledge of UAE vehicle processes: RTA registration and transfer, Hayaza, insurance and vehicle finance.
• Excel proficiency and confident use of a CRM; ERP or DMS experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Process closed deals end to end: booking, sheet, invoice, payment, handover scheduling.
• Verify customer documents (Emirates ID, driving license, passport or trade license) before a deal moves forward.
• Keep CRM accurate: update deal stages, delivery status and customer records daily.
• Track deals against delivery timelines and alert for delays before customers are affected.
• Serve as the single point of contact between sales and operations, workshop, finance and logistics.
• Hand over confirmed deals to operations with complete information for on-time preparation and delivery.
• Run daily status updates on open deliveries and pending paperwork for the sales team.
• Flag process gaps and propose fixes to the Business Head.
• Arrange vehicle insurance: obtain quotes, present options, issue policies with partners.
• Coordinate vehicle registration, ownership transfer, plate changes and mulkiya with RTA and typing centers.
• Manage Hayaza applications and maintain status tracker per vehicle.
• Raise and track purchase orders for vehicle preparation, accessories, insurance, and fees; coordinate with finance.
