Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a capable HSSE Officer to enforce health, safety, security and environmental standards across multiple sites in the UAE. You will conduct inspections, support audits, manage emergency preparedness and maintain documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with safety committees and other departments to drive hazard reduction, deliver training, and ensure timely reporting. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• 1 year of HSSE or related security experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (read/write/speak) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems.

Responsibilities

• Enforce HSE standards across assigned sites and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections and participate in compliance audits to identify hazards.
• Develop and supervise site-specific emergency response and evacuation exercises.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, certifications, and equipment inventories.
