Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sustainability, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in HSSE or Security.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and computer systems.
• Fluency in English for internal operations; fluency in Arabic for communications with Government Authorities.

Responsibilities

• Increase hazard identification and reporting through inspections and Site Safety Committee meetings.
• Achieve a reduction in incidents by implementing corrective and preventative measures.
• Participate in HSSE compliance audits and record findings.
• Conduct daily security verifications and enforce SLA penalties.
• Perform monthly fire safety inspections and organize emergency evacuation exercises.
• Maintain updated HSSE records, documents and inventory; support compliance controllers.
