Job summary

Bright Minds Hub Marketing Management LLC owns MotorGuru.ae, a leading UAE automotive platform connecting buyers with dealers.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth for MotorGuru.ae across the UAE, acquire new automotive dealerships, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers, delivering tailored advertising solutions and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience in automotive.
Experience with automotive dealerships, media, marketplaces or advertising agencies is preferred.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a business development strategy to acquire automotive dealerships and partners across UAE and GCC.
Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers (Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, Brand Managers).
Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demos to show how MotorGuru.ae drives quality inquiries and online visibility.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, contracts, and advertising packages tailored to client objectives.
Negotiate pricing, advertising agreements, and long-term partnerships.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
Monitor market trends and opportunities within UAE and GCC automotive industry.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Develop long-term relationships for renewals and upselling.
