Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking a Costing Officer for its automotive dealership to prepare accurate costing for retail, warranty and internal job cards and ensure invoices reflect true costs.

You will segregate costs by retail/internal and warranty, allocate labour and sublet lines, apply correct RTS/SLTS codes, and prepare MIS reports for management while maintaining proper documentation and authorization for internal job cards.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce as educational background.
• 3–5 years experience in costing in automotive dealership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate costing for retail, warranty and internal job cards.
• Segregate costs between Retail/Internal and Warranty on a job card.
• Complete costing for all labour, consumables and sublet lines.
• Apply correct charge types, RTS/SLTS codes and ensure full time allocation.
• Ensure all labour, parts and sublet costs are recorded against each repair.
• Prepare MIS reports and highlight customer dissatisfaction cases.
• Ensure internal job cards have proper authorization and invoicing.
