Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai seeks a Manager - Business Development to drive growth across new channels, partnerships, and export opportunities for Automall. Lead cross-functional initiatives, build partner ecosystems with driving schools, insurers, logistics providers, and corporate customers.

The role requires 7–9 years in automotive BD within the UAE and strong deal making to monetize non-traditional revenue streams.

Qualifications

Experience in business development, commercial sales, partnerships or channel development within automotive sector.
Ability to build relationships and convert opportunities into executable plans.
Experience with UAE market and export opportunities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business channels for Automall, including export and corporate programs.
Prioritize opportunities, build a channel pipeline, and develop business cases.
Manage relationships with internal and external partners to activate pilots or operating models.
Define commercial models for vehicle streams and track lead generation and conversions.
Coordinate cross-functional execution of new channel initiatives and monitor timelines and risks.
