Job summary

Lawson Fuses is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex power and automation projects in the UAE. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinating engineering, procurement, and production to satisfy high-value contracts within scope and budget.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and experience with BOM structures, ERP systems, and project management tools. PMP is a plus, and UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• PM certifications such as PMP are a plus.
• Proven track record in managing high-value power/automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of complex power and automation projects from order to delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, production, and finance.
• Manage risk, schedule, budget, and change orders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate FAT/QA, testing, and dispatch clearance for orders.
• Maintain strong customer and stakeholder communications with regular reviews.
• Guide project teams to achieve monthly SIOP targets and timely payments.
