Job summary

Lucy Group is seeking a Project Manager in Dubai to oversee complex power and automation projects from order confirmation to final delivery. The role emphasizes high-value contracts, intricate configurations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

The candidate will lead end-to-end project execution, coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations, and manage commercial aspects including change orders and payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably in electrical distribution.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and UAE utilities is advantageous.
• Proficient in project mgmt tools (MS Project/Primavera) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of power and automation projects from order to delivery.
• Develop detailed plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and external suppliers.
• Manage changes, bids, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time payment, LC issuance, and PDC alignment with targets.
• Collaborate across functions to achieve high customer satisfaction.
