Job summary

alfanar is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing and related support functions in the UAE. The role focuses on achieving production targets, optimizing resource use, and ensuring safety and quality across operations.

With 12+ years in operations and a degree in Electrical Engineering, you will drive continuous improvement and coordinate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• 12+ years of experience in operations management.
• Experience coordinating production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain functions.
• Strong leadership and cost-management skills.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and 5S practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities across production, maintenance, quality, and support functions.
• Ensure production targets, delivery timelines, and budgets are met.
• Promote safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor costs, waste, downtime, and efficiency to drive improvements.
• Lead process improvements and coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Supervise and develop operations staff; report performance to management.
