Job summary

alfanar Group in Dubai seeks an Experience - Industrial Engineer/Process Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to streamline manufacturing for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality assurance. The role focuses on developing and optimizing processes, layouts, and work methods while leading continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining quality standards.

Required knowledge of basic Electrical/Switch Gear, plus expertise in AutoCAD 2D and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive industrial

Qualifications

Basic Electrical/Switch Gear industry Knowledge (mandatory)
Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing process improvement and quality systems
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

Streamline manufacturing for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality assurance.
Develop and maintain process routing, factory layouts, and workstation designs.
Implement and optimize manufacturing processes and work methods.
Coordinate machine installation and ensure handover to production.
Establish and maintain Work Instructions for production teams.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure qualification of special processes.
Support QHSE management, including risk assessments and training.
