Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Approximately 10–15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Senior operations management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Coordinate daily operations across production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
• Monitor KPIs on productivity, downtime, efficiency, quality, safety, and costs.
