Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process routings, factory layouts, and workstation designs.
• Improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and support qualification of special processes.
• Ensure QHSE compliance and safety practices.
• Prepare periodic reports covering planned activities, execution, and deviations.
