Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in banking, lending or credit.
• Prior experience working in a car showroom is required.
• Familiarity with auto-financing products and bank loan processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing business development strategies to increase showroom sales and finance penetration.
• Liaise between showroom and banks to process and expedite loan applications.
• Motivate customers to submit vehicle financing applications through banks.
• Maintain relationships with banking representatives to streamline approvals.
• Guide customers through financing options using banking/credit experience.
• Collaborate with sales to convert leads into sales with financing solutions.
• Track loan statuses, approval rates and financing trends.
• Ensure compliance with automotive lending policies.
• Provide feedback on market trends and growth opportunities to senior management.
