Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai seeks an experienced leader to own the authorization denial pipeline, build automated workflows, and manage the authorization team. This role focuses on reducing manual work and optimizing denial handling at scale.

You will collaborate with Billing, Eligibility, and Coding to resolve cross-functional issues and prepare the function for new frameworks and partnerships in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in authorization, utilization management, patient access, or medical billing
• At least 1 year in a people management role
• SQL fluency or ability to ramp up quickly
• Analytical mindset to identify denial trends
• Process-driven approach to ability build repeatable workflows

Responsibilities

• Own the authorization denial pipeline at the trend level
• Build and maintain automated workflows to reduce manual work
• Manage and develop an authorization team, including staffing and quality audits
• Own key partner relationships for authorization-specific issues
• Partner with Billing, Eligibility, and Coding to resolve cross-functional issues
• Prepare the function for new frameworks and partnerships
