Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between client managers and patient care advocates in Dubai. You will scope issues, conduct impact analyses, and document findings with clear, actionable insights.

In this role you will develop and maintain dashboards, collaborate with Data Operations to validate root causes, and provide proactive updates to stakeholders while ensuring meticulous records and opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar liaison role.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with PBM eligibility, accumulator, or claims data is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client managers and patient care advocates reporting file-related or data issues.
• Gather details to scope issues including client, file type, and impacted records.
• Conduct thorough impact analyses to determine scope and severity.
• Partner with Data Operations team members to validate findings and confirm root cause.
• Build and maintain a dashboard or tracking tool for open issues.
• Provide proactive, regular updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, analyses, and resolutions.
• Identify recurring issues for systemic or process fixes.
