Job summary

Grow Therapy in Dubai is seeking a detail‑oriented medical billing and authorization specialist to join our fast‑moving team. You will process authorization packets, manage medical records requests, and work across EHR and payer portals to prevent claim denials.

This role requires independent work in a startup‑like environment, close collaboration with Billing and Eligibility teams, and meticulous maintenance of authorization records across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical billing, authorization, or patient access experience.
• Strong attention to detail to prevent claim denials.
• Comfort working across multiple systems including Fax platforms, EHR, and payer portals.
• Ability to document decisions accurately at volume.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming authorization packets and medical records requests
• Resolve missing Client ID and authorization-on-file issues
• Audit BPO authorization entry for accuracy and productivity
• Research and resolve authorization-related claim denials
• Submit and track RFS forms and renewal requests
• Maintain accurate authorization records across internal systems
• Partner with Billing and Eligibility teams to streamline the Pre-Bill process
