Salve.Inno Consulting in Ras al-Khaimah UAE is seeking an Audio-Visual Specialist to install, test, configure, and maintain broadcasting equipment and AV networks for live and virtual productions.

You will oversee chroma key setups, SDI systems, and IT-enabled AV workflows while prioritising safety and reliability in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of photography fundamentals: aperture, shutter speed, ISO, exposure, and lens usage.
• Advanced technical knowledge of professional cameras and audiovisual systems.
• Experience in electronic engineering and communications hardware.
• Proficient in operating video cameras and production switchers.
• Hands-on experience with live chroma key technology and SDI systems.
• Good color perception and hearing acuity essential for AV accuracy.
• Strong IT skills combined with project management experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Collaborative team player with effective interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and test new broadcasting and audiovisual equipment.
• Execute advanced crimping techniques on connectors such as BNC, Micro BNC, RJ45 and XLR.
• Set up, configure, and maintain AV broadcast and IT network systems including star topologies.
• Prepare and manage equipment for virtual studio productions.
• Operate and oversee audiovisual links during remote broadcasts and unit connections.
• Establish and manage transmission links and AV circuits for live and pre-recorded productions.
• Diagnose and repair system and equipment issues promptly to reduce downtime.
• Design and build custom hardware and AV solutions.
• Interpret guidance from product owners and directors to align technical work with creative objectives.
• Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety best practices.
• Keep current on industry developments and new technologies through research and networking.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and cross-functional collaborators.
