Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of lighting, AV, or events tech.
• Hands-on experience with assembling and disassembling equipment.
• Ability to work in a team and follow detailed instructions in high-pressure settings.
• Physically capable of lifting and handling equipment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with signal flow or system operations.
• Training or education in AV tech, electronics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set up, arrange, and install technical equipment based on project guidelines or supervisor directions.
• Assemble, position, and secure components such as fixtures, panels, cables, and supports.
• Manage cabling and connections by labeling and inspecting equipment conditions.
• Assist in modifying setups during rehearsals, tests, or live events.
• Identify basic technical problems and support their resolution.
• Help maintain and organize equipment and accessories.
• Follow safety standards and maintain clear team communication.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up arrange and install technical equipment based on project guidelines or supervisor directions.


• Assemble position and secure components such as fixtures panels cables and support structures.


• Manage cabling and connections by labeling coiling and inspecting equipment conditions.


• Assist in modifying setups during rehearsals tests or live events.


• Identify basic technical problems and support their resolution.


• Help maintain and organize equipment and accessories.


• Follow safety standards and maintain clear team communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Basic to intermediate knowledge of technical systems related to lighting audiovisual or events.


• Hands-on experience with equipment assembly and disassembly whether through education or work.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow detailed instructions in high-pressure situations.


• Physically capable of lifting and handling equipment.


• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays.


• Basic understanding of electricity control systems or measurement tools.


• Familiarity with technical concepts such as signal flow or system operations.


• Training or education in audiovisual technology electronics electricity or similar fields.
