• Supervise and mentor the AV/tech team: organise schedules training and quality control to uphold consistent standards and efficient studio operations.
• Collaborate with production and operations departments: plan broadcast sessions manage resources ensure synchronization between teams and support project planning.
• Maintain documentation and inventory: track equipment update logs manage upgrades or replacements and ensure compliance with safety and broadcast regulations.
