Aldar Hospitality is seeking an Attendant, Food & Beverage at Kai Beach to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure smooth service in a luxury beach club setting.

The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work in hot, fast-paced environments. Outdoor beach and poolside duties are common, with flexible hours and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is an advantage.
• 1–2 years experience in hospitality, beach clubs, or high-volume F&B.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in hot, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest service and create memorable dining experiences with attention to detail.
• Welcome guests, escort to tables, and ensure warm, professional service.
• Take and serve accurate orders; use POS or manual methods.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
• Communicate orders to kitchen and ensure accurate delivery.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of dining areas.
• Manage stocks in assigned areas and minimize waste.
• Check IDs when serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with regs.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
• Follow health, safety and OHS policies; store chemicals safely.
• Support teammates and perform additional duties as needed.

About the Job

An opportunity has risen at Kai Beach for Attendant, Food & Beverage . In this role, you’ll welcome our guests, recommend food and drink, and help keep service on track and up to standard. By tailoring each guest’s experience to their unique tastes, you’ll create memories as delightful as the dishes.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, creating memorable dining experiences with attention to detail and presentation.
• Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and ensure a warm and professional service experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve items promptly using POS systems or manual methods.
• Provide menu recommendations, explain specials, and upsell when appropriate.
• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and ensure accuracy of service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, side stations, and dining areas in line with hygiene standards.
• Manage stock and supplies in assigned areas and minimize waste.
• Check guest identification when serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
• Report maintenance issues, low supplies, safety hazards, or incidents to supervisors immediately.
• Follow all health, safety, and OHS policies, using protective equipment and safe work practices at all times.
• Handle equipment and chemicals responsibly and ensure safe storage and usage.
• Support team members and perform additional duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
