Aldar Hospitality, including the Saadiyat Beach Club, invites you to join our F&B Attendant team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our beach club venues in Abu Dhabi. You will welcome guests, guide service flow, and recommend menu items to enhance their dining experience.

The role emphasizes precise order taking, timely service, and collaboration with kitchen and bar colleagues to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced, sunlit beach environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is an advantage.
• 1–2 years experience in hospitality, beach clubs, or high-volume F&B outlets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in high-temperature and fast-paced environments.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Outdoor work environment in beach and poolside areas.
• Exposure to sun, heat, and humid conditions.
• Fast-paced service during peak hours and events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, creating memorable dining experiences with attention to detail and presentation.
• Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and ensure a warm and professional service experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve items promptly using POS systems or manual methods.
• Provide menu recommendations, explain specials, and upsell when appropriate.
• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and ensure accuracy of service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, side stations, and dining areas in line with hygiene standards.
• Manage stock and supplies in assigned areas and minimize waste.
• Check guest identification when serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
• Report maintenance issues, low supplies, safety hazards, or incidents to supervisors immediately.
• Follow all health, safety, and OHS policies, using protective equipment and safe work practices at all times.
• Handle equipment and chemicals responsibly and ensure safe storage and usage.
• Support team members and perform additional duties as required to ensure smooth operations.

About the Job

An opportunity has risen at Saadiyat Beach Club for Attendant, Food & Beverage. In this role, you’ll welcome our guests, recommend food and drink, and help keep service on track and up to standard. By tailoring each guest’s experience to their unique tastes, you’ll create memories as delightful as the dishes.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
