Aldar Hospitality's Kai Beach is seeking an F&B Beach Team Leader to oversee daily operations on the beach, ensuring high service standards and a superb guest experience. You will support management while guiding the team in a dynamic beachfront setting.

• 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.

• Conduct shift briefings and communicate daily updates and promotions.
• Assist in training and coaching team members.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Ensure accuracy in order taking, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
