Food & Beverage Attendant duty is to ensure guest satisfaction is met throughout the guest's outlet experience by providing efficient and courteous service of food and beverage within the station, handling all transactions related to billing accurately and efficiently, enhancing the hotel's reputation for excellence.

• To attend pre-service briefings for daily updates.
• To ensure that "mise en place" levels are kept to standards.
• To meet and greet guests in a professional and efficient manner according to company standards.
• To ensure that the station is always stocked and tidy, ensuring efficient service.
• To take order with an up selling technique.
• To communicate clearly and effectively within the team.
• To ensure that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately, allow for corrective measures to be taken.
• To serve food and beverage according to guest's needs & expectations.
• To ensure that tables are consistently cleared re-set according to reservation plans.
• To ensure that guests receive bills promptly and accurately.
• To prepare and present bills.
• To wish "farewell" to all guests, encouraging returning customers.
• Maintain privacy and security of all guests and is continuously proactive in all areas of the operation.
• Follow the food and safety regulation.
• Support and assist Senior Management and perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management.
