Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Technical Support professional for ATM Switch in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 8+ years of IT experience with strong domain knowledge of ATM Switch and related integrations, and a minimum of 5+ years in a similar role in enterprise environments.

You will provide maintenance and support for ATM Switch across all environments, ensure SLA-driven availability, manage incidents with vendors, and deliver assigned projects, enhancements, and BAUs on time.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and support for ATM Switch and related integrations across DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD environments.
• Maintain service availability per defined SLAs and coordinate with vendors on incidents and escalations.
• Support ATM Switch projects, enhancements and BAUs, delivering tasks within defined scope and timelines.
