Job summary

Anotech in Dubai is seeking a Residence Maintenance Engineer to provide technical support for the maintenance, warranty, and operation of a complex ATM system and related infrastructure.

You will collaborate with local maintenance teams and international engineering groups to ensure system reliability, develop procedures, deliver on-site training, and coordinate software upgrades, cybersecurity, and hardware repairs. Some travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related technical degree or qualification.
• Experience with complex computer systems, including servers, network switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
• Experience in software configuration and implementation.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and data transmission.
• Good understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with complex computer systems, including servers, network switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
• Experience in software configuration and implementation.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and data transmission.
• Good understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Good command of technical English.
• Experience with ATM systems or TopSky-ATC is highly desirable.
