Job summary

instashop in Dubai is seeking a Coordinator IT Support to manage the hardware assets inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure contracts are met and compliance maintained.

You will monitor asset distribution, maintain hardware/license records, configure and troubleshoot hardware, use remote access tools, and collaborate with telecom providers to procure assets for the organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently or in groups.

About the opportunity

The Coordinator IT Support will be responsible for managing a detailed inventory of the Company’s hardware assets and keeping the inventory sheets updated. Furthermore, the Coordinator IT Support interacts with the various suppliers and vendors in order to coordinate and track the asset allocation and hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.

• Plan and monitor the distribution of hardware assets

• Utilize remote access tools to resolve issues


• Maintain a close relationship and coordinate with suppliers and Telecom providers for procurement of assets
