• Approximately 2–4 years of investment banking experience, ideally at a bulge bracket or leading advisory firm.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with demonstrable M&A or transaction execution experience.
• Sound commercial judgement and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
• Opportunities to move into principal investing with exposure to international transactions and active portfolio ownership.

Responsibilities
