AECOM seeks an experienced Associate Director - Contracts & Claims for a Residential Development project in Dubai, UAE. The role oversees all contracts and claims management and serves as Project Lead ensuring alignment with client goals and internal standards.

Responsibilities include driving the project’s delivery, building client relationships, managing variations, and leading a high-performing team while ensuring QA compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or related field.
Proven track record leading complex contract negotiations and claims resolutions.
Outstanding negotiation and communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Oversee delivery and financial performance of the project.
Lead project services using Workbench and other systems for project control and reporting.
Manage client relationships across all phases of the project.
Lead preparation of proposals and negotiation of variations to scope and contracts.
Drive profitability and ensure timely cash collection in line with contract terms.
Provide leadership to project teams and mentor staff.
Ensure adherence to Project Delivery Standards and QA requirements.
