• Demonstrated ability to lead complex multidisciplinary teams and major project assignments.
• Strong understanding of project governance, commercial performance, risk, quality, and delivery controls.
• Proven capability managing senior client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to make informed decisions involving competing technical, commercial, and operational priorities.
• Experience guiding project managers, engineers, and other senior technical professionals.
• Strong leadership presence combined with practical knowledge of infrastructure project delivery.
• Ability to identify emerging project risks and establish effective corrective strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and strategic direction across major infrastructure and engineering assignments.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams toward defined project, technical, commercial, and operational objectives.
• Establish clear delivery priorities and maintain executive oversight of critical project activities.
• Support project leaders in resolving complex technical, contractual, commercial, and stakeholder issues.
• Maintain senior-level engagement with clients and key project stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance against agreed scope, programme, budget, quality, and delivery expectations.
• Identify significant project risks and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are implemented.
• Promote effective governance and accountability across project leadership teams.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, project management, commercial, and construction specialists.
• Review high-level project performance information and intervene where corrective action is required.
