Job summary

Dubai Holding in Dubai is seeking a Senior Manager - AI Product Management to lead the business AI product portfolio, ensuring AI agents deliver measurable value across corporate functions, business units and asset operations.

You will drive end-to-end workflow ownership, redesign processes with stakeholders and ensure adoption, operating model, and governance are addressed throughout delivery and post go-live support.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in digital or AI product management within large or complex organizations.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI, automation or data-driven products that changed how business processes operate.
• Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders to define and evidence business value.
• Experience in a product-led organization or a project-to-product transition is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for business AI products within remit, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology priorities.
• Prioritise across competing product investments based on value, feasibility, risk and strategic fit.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of products from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business owners to redesign workflows around AI agents rather than retrofitting AI to existing processes.
• Define, track and manage product KPIs covering adoption, usage, business outcomes and efficiency gains.
• Ensure all AI use cases are governed and comply with data protection and information security requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, platform, cybersecurity and change management stakeholders to enable execution.
