Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, enterprise architecture, systems integration, or technology leadership.
• 5+ years leading engineering, architecture, platform, or AI teams.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade platforms for mission-critical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, and scaling of an enterprise AI Platform serving multiple brands.
• Establish reusable AI and automation capabilities across sales, aftersales, mobility, leasing, and corporate functions.
• Embed platform reliability, security, governance, and scalability into engineering decisions.
