Responsabilités

• Complete all mandatory and role-specific training within the required timeline.
• Attend and actively participate in all scheduled training sessions during onboarding and training period.
• Participate in cross-functional job shadowing across departments to gain practical business exposure.
• Prepare and submit shadowing summaries or learning reports after each session.
• Achieve the required score in post-training assessments and evaluations.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing or peer-learning sessions during training.
• Demonstrate readiness for department placement through attendance, engagement and assessments.
• Maintain professional behavior, punctuality and commitment throughout training and placement.
• Cooperate with HR, Training and department supervisors to ensure smooth placement.
• Apply learning gained during training to support future performance in the department.
