About the Program

Our Management Trainee Program is open to UAE Nationals only and is designed to develop future leaders through structured learning, hands‑on experience, and cross‑functional exposure. Trainees can be placed in Projects and Data Centers, Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit & Risk, Asset Management, International Sales, Indirect Sales, Business Development, Community Management, LOAMS, and Learning & Development.

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing and Media, Engineering (including Civil and Architecture), Computer Science and IT, Law, Psychology, Supply Chain and Procurement, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Fluent Arabic and good English.
