Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites, part of Minor Hotels, seeks an Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure to develop and manage leisure business for the Dubai property, driving revenue and strengthening key market relationships.

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, you will build relationships with tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, and travel agencies, conduct sales calls and site visits, and support contracting, rate negotiations, promotions, and regional visibility.

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, the Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure is responsible for developing and managing leisure business for Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites , with a focus on driving revenue and strengthening key market relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, and travel agencies.
• Identify new leisure business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and account reviews.
• Achieve assigned revenue and room-night targets.
• Support contracting, rate negotiations, promotions, and seasonal offers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and account performance.
• Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, and Marketing to maximize business opportunities.
• Participate in trade shows, roadshows, sales missions, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, account records, and regular performance updates.
• Represent the hotel professionally and promote its products and services across assigned markets.
