Job summary

Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Apartments is seeking a Sales Manager – Leisure to drive leisure business, develop relationships with tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, and travel agencies, and lead contracting and seasonal promotions in line with commercial strategy.

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, you will identify new leisure opportunities, grow existing accounts to meet revenue targets, and collaborate with Revenue, Reservations and Marketing to optimize performance

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, and travel agencies.
• Identify and secure new leisure business opportunities across key source markets.
• Manage and grow existing accounts to achieve revenue and room-night targets.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and regular account reviews.
• Lead contracting, rate negotiations, tactical promotions, and seasonal offers in line with commercial strategy.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and account performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, and Marketing to optimize business opportunities and hotel performance.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, sales missions, and industry networking events.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, account records, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Support the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing in executing the hotel’s overall leisure sales strategy.
