Job summary

Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites seeks an Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure to grow and manage leisure business, driving revenue and strengthening relationships with tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, and travel agencies.

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, you will conduct sales calls, site visits, and account reviews, while supporting contracting, rate negotiations, and promotions to maximize room-nights and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in leisure sales and account management preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage relationships with tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, and travel agencies.
• Strong negotiation and contract skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
