Responsibilities

• Помогать в разработке и внедрении стратегий продаж для достижения целевых показателей.
• Развивать новый бизнес в секторах корпораций, MICE, travel trade и госорганов.
• Строить и поддерживать отношения с клиентами; проводить звонки, встречи и презентации.
• Координировать работу с Revenue Management, Reservations и другими отделами отеля.
• Продвигать бренд Novotel и ibis Gate Hotel для роста доли рынка.

Novotel & ibis Gate Hotel – Abu Dhabi, UAE We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Assistant Sales Manager - Arabic Speaking to join our Sales team at Novotel & ibis Gate Hotel. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets. Develop new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, travel trade, and government segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct sales calls, client meetings, hotel site inspections, and presentations. Negotiate corporate rates, prepare proposals, and manage client agreements. Achieve assigned sales targets and increase room-night production and revenue. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. Coordinate with Revenue Management, Reservations, and other hotel departments to maximize business opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records, account profiles, and sales reports. Promote both Novotel and ibis Gate Hotel to maximize cross-selling opportunities and market share.

Требования:

Previous experience in hotel sales, preferably in a similar role. Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market and corporate client segments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business. Good knowledge of hotel sales systems and CRM tools. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
