Job summary

ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager – Retail to drive retail execution, visual merchandising, and project implementation across assigned categories and markets.

You will lead retail execution and VMD activities from planning through final implementation, manage product launches, displays, planograms, and store installations. This role requires strong project planning, vendor management, and excellent coordination across sales, marketing, and store partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail execution, VMD, trade marketing or project management.
• Strong exposure to consumer electronics / consumer durables / retail brands preferred.
• Hands-on experience with POSM, POP, planograms and store displays.
• Strong project planning and vendor management skills.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong Excel/reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and markets independently.
• Commercial mindset with strong ownership and execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail execution and VMD activities from planning through final implementation.
• Manage new product launches, displays, POSM, planograms and store implementation.
• Coordinate end-to-end retail projects, timelines, vendors and installations.
• Ensure consistent product presentation and execution across retailers/showrooms.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Design, Training, distributors and retailers.
• Track project progress, budgets, launch plans and management reports.
• Conduct market/store checks and drive corrective actions for execution gaps.
