Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of visual merchandising experience within retail fashion, watches, or jewelry.
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating innovative visual design skills.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and apply insights to merchandising strategies.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement creative visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain store display consistency across multiple retail locations.
• Design window displays, interior layouts, promotional features, and seasonal visual updates.
• Monitor merchandising costs and manage execution within approved budgets.
• Provide visual merchandising training to store teams.
• Research lifestyle, demographic, and design trends to enhance strategies.
• Coordinate with Retail Executives, Showroom Managers, Brand Managers, Marketing teams, and Merchandisers.
• Oversee production of visual materials and supervise installations.
• Create sketches and floor plans for visual concepts.
• Analyze sales performance and customer insights to optimize presentation.
