Job summary

TDIC Food & Beverage LLC. is a luxury F&B operator with a diverse portfolio of venues in Abu Dhabi, including premium dining concepts and a renowned luxury beach club on Saadiyat Island. We seek an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in pre- and post-opening operations and to uphold brand service standards.

The role involves helping develop and train the team, plus managing day-to-day duties after opening to ensure smooth venue performance in a high-profile setting.

Qualifications

• Catering School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high‑profile restaurant/club.
• Experience in pre- and post-opening of a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in pre- and post-opening restaurant operations.
• Assist in development and training of the team members.
• Deliver service standards that conform to SOPs.
• Post-opening daily responsibilities of running the venue.
