Job summary

Sarood Hospitality in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to join the pre-opening team for our new concept. You will support day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, inventory and cost controls, and leading a high-performing team while maintaining brand presentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality or F&B, preferably luxury.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling, inventory & cost control.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of outlet operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency.
• Engage with guests, address feedback, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Assist in managing financial performance including inventory, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to maintain a high-performing outlet.
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, health, safety, hygiene and brand presentation.
