Rowley’s Steakhouse Restaurant in Dubai is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of a premium steakhouse. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, hands-on experience in upscale dining, and a track record of managing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, manage inventory and costs, and collaborate with the culinary team to ensure flawless service and menu execution.

Formación

• Proven leadership in upscale dining environments.
• Experience managing steakhouse or grill-focused concepts.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in food service.
• Experience in the UAE hospitality industry preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in upscale dining, proven leadership skills, and hands-on experience managing a steakhouse or grill-focused concept.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Monitor service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee development.
• Drive sales, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and menu execution.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and stock control.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support daily restaurant operations and lead the team effectively.
• Good understanding of restaurant financials, labour costs, and profitability.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Experience in the UAE hospitality industry is preferred.
