Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a four- or five-star hotel.
• UAE/GCC local market experience.

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.
• Supervise and support restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
