Assistant Restaurant Manager (Afya Restaurant)

An amazing opportunity has opened in our Afya Restaurant for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The successful applicant will play an important role in supporting the operation and overall performance of the restaurant.

• Assist in implementing service standards and procedures through proper training, supervision, and control.
• Rotate and schedule staff to ensure full coverage, efficient service, and maximum productivity.
• Motivate, educate, and develop staff to achieve maximum efficiency and confidence.
• Minimize guest complaints and take immediate remedial action if needed.
• Ensure prompt service to all guests.
• Check guest satisfaction by engaging with guests.
• Emphasize personal cleanliness, grooming, and adherence to uniform standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and orderliness of the outlet.
