Job summary

TDIC Food & Beverage LLC is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in pre and post opening operations at our Abu Dhabi venues.

You will help develop and train team members, ensure service standards align with SOPs, and manage daily venue operations after opening to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Catering School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in pre and post opening of a restaurant.
• At least 1 year experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high profile restaurant or club.
